Malabar Manufacturing, Inc. is machine shop specializing in turned parts machining. Our full service shop has extensive screw machining capabilities and a state of the art CNC mill and lathe department. We focus on mid to high volume production with our screw machine department while utilizing our CNC department to focus on low volume short production runs, as well as samples and prototypes. Our inertia weld department began in 1985 and excels at producing bi-metal contact assemblies, a perfect solution for the critical applications found in the high voltage utility industry and other high stress environments. We also have many secondary and support operations which allows us to provide a variety of functions internally and externally such as heat treating and plating.
